Availability: 20–30 hours per week (Full time available for the right candidate).

About the RoleWe are looking for a Bartender who is comfortable developing and executing a high quality Cocktail and Non Alcoholic program with a focus on fermentation. This role suits someone with a passion for crafting high-quality cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages that reflect seasonality.

You'll collaborate closely with the kitchen to maintain our fermentation program and design drinks that complement our botanical degustation menu.

We’re looking for someone with strong service skills, a keen sense of timing, and the ability to stay composed under pressure in a fine dining setting.

Key Responsibilities

Developing cocktails and non alcoholics to accompany our seasonal menu

Deliver smooth, professional service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment

Engage and collaborate with the Kitchen to progress and maintain our extensive fermentation program

Work with the team to uphold standards of service and assist floor staff during busy periods

Ensure immaculate personal presentation and maintain punctuality at all times

Contribute to the setup, reset, and closing of the restaurant each service

About You

Previous experience in a similar fine dining or hatted venue essential; wine knowledge highly regarded.

Calm, composed, and able to multitask under pressure

Passionate about hospitality with strong food and wine knowledge

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in professional presentation

Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings

Positive, team-oriented, and motivated to deliver service excellence
