I am currently recruiting for a highly motivated and detail-oriented, full-time, permanent Receptionist/Team Assistant for a dynamic and leading food manufacturing company based in the Inner West. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for career growth opportunities, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.
Answer phone calls, queries, and handle deliveries and mail.
Provide executive administrative support to the Operations Director and Site Administrators, including diary management and travel bookings.
Organise and coordinate meetings, leadership conferences, and social events, ensuring effective communication and logistics.
Ensure smooth operation of site facilities, including kitchen supplies and meeting room technology.
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.
Assist with ad-hoc requests as required.
Escalating & raising any maintenance requests for the site.
Basic understanding of site operations is desirable but not essential
Good organisational skills, handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
Customer service oriented
High attention to detail
Close proximity to public transport

Ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.Answer phone calls, queries, and handle deliveries and mail.
Provide executive administrative support to the Operations Director and Site Administrators, including diary management and travel bookings.
Organise and coordinate meetings, leadership conferences, and social events, ensuring effective communication and logistics.
Manage office supplies including PPE, stationery, site uniforms, and oversee purchase orders.
Manage purchase orders through SAPEnsure smooth operation of site facilities, including kitchen supplies and meeting room technology.
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.
Assist with ad-hoc requests as required.
Escalating & raising any maintenance requests for the site.
Management of the company's site pool car.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in Administration, Team Assistant, or Receptionist rolesBasic understanding of site operations is desirable but not essential
Familiar with systems: ERP, SAP, Microsoft Suite (desired)
Exceptional communication skillsGood organisational skills, handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
Customer service oriented
High attention to detail
Event coordination skills
