Manager
Position Summary
A manager of the division will have responsibility for effectively managing projects and staff in a rapidly growing team, working directly below the leadership team or a Senior Manager. Skillset requirements include critical thinking, planning, financial analysis and concise presentation of outputs.Managers also have a responsibility for regular client contact, staff training and liaising with other divisions of RSM and third parties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Advisory – end to end M&A and lead IPO execution (including target list and information memorandum preparation, data room management and stakeholder management)
- Work across sell-side, buy-side, capital raising and strategic advice
- Financial Modelling
- Manage, train and lead team of juniors
- Build and manage client relationships
- Assist with deal origination
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Essential- Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
- Completed CA or equivalent
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
Essential- 5-7 years’ experience in Professional Services or industry Corporate Development roles
- Previous experience managing a team
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to meet and work towards deadlines
- Business Development exposure
