Administrative Assistant Finest Care Solutions (Aged Care Services) We are looking for an experienced and service
- oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Finest Care Solutions.
In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to help maintain an efficient office environment, ensuring high-quality service for our clients in the aged care sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage and maintain client records and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in managing Home Care Packages and other aged care services.
- General reception duties and office management.
- Previous experience in care management (aged care services experience preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Home Care Package Funding.
- A solid understanding of the Aged Care Portal.
- Experience in the Disability and/or Aged Care Services sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong ability to connect with and engage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (aged care services experience).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
