Warehouse Operator

• Verify quantities, part numbers, and product descriptions against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Accurately record received items in the inventory management system (e.g., WMS, ERP).
• Label and store goods in designated warehouse locations following safety and organizational standards.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to supervisors or procurement teams.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly receiving area.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse procedures at all times.
• Perform periodic cycle counts and support inventory audits as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse receiving role is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory software, email).
• Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks (certification preferred but training may be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to [X] lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mentality.
