Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework that supports business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the current state of architectural practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and manage enterprise architecture documentation, including models, policies, and standards.
- Provide guidance on technology adoption, integration strategies, and architecture for systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and frameworks across all technology initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and trends that can enhance organizational performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding of architectural decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar strategic role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
- Experience with systems integration, application design, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Certified) are advantageous.
