The Strategic Communications team is responsible for delivering impactful communications and engagement initiatives that align with TMR's vision and objectives. The team drives marketing, stakeholder relations, corporate communications, creative services, media relations, and digital content strategies, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
Job Description
Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming communications? As the Executive Director of Strategic Communications, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing dynamic, inclusive strategies that boost public trust, unify internal efforts, and engage stakeholders.This high-profile role is all about driving proactive media relations, developing partnerships, and leading a talented team to communications excellence. You'll ensure smooth internal communications and provide top-tier executive advisory services to support TMR's strategic goals.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Lead the creation of integrated strategies that align with TMR's mission and captivate public interest.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, media, and the public.
- Manage media relations and crisis communication plans to safeguard and enhance TMR's reputation with timely, transparent responses.
- Optimise the Strategic Communications Unit by implementing best practices, maximising resources, and driving continuous service improvement.
- Develop a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented team culture to achieve high performance.
