• At least have 2+ years of relevant working experience as a Retail Supervisor or Manager
• Manage Stock
• Retail displays
• Retail promotions
• Experience working in a Day Spa or Beauty salon is a plus
• Proficient in Google suite , emails, documents, apple computer and Iphone• Must be able to work Monday - Saturday
• Oversee, train, and empower customer service personnels
• Develop and review programs, strategies, and marketing plans that address and satisfy customer demands and expectations
• Excellent performance in supervising the day-to-day operation of the business in order to meet high level customer satisfaction and monthly target sales
• Devoted and passionate to delivering world-class customer experience
• Ability to manage a large number of client inquiries and ability to respond quickly to complex client situations in a professional manner

• Outstanding performance and ability to direct and support team members
• Strong in retail sales and recommendations
• Devoted to executing a premium customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to guest needs and make recommendations based on these needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google emails, calendar, documents & slides

• Ability to multitask and time management
• Excellent personal presentation and grooming
• Highly organised and able to deliver a premium customer service experience at high demand times
• Capable & reliable and availability to work Saturday

• A desire to learn and update your skill level and knowledge in Business Development that includes Office Administration, Google, Social media, Online Events and Promotions.
• Certificate III Business Administration, Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage Therapy
• Career progression to Spa Manager is available for the right candidate
