Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple busy outlets including a significant banquet operation.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure culinary team success
• Lead annual menu planning initiatives from conception including banquet kits, seasonal a la carte and VIP dining.
• Coordinate teams across multiple departments to deliver on large scale events
• Manage operational activities related to the kitchen operations to achieve financial plan, profit margins, and business growth
• Oversee the Food Safety Management System ensuring all HACCP standards are adhered to

What will you bring?:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role with a successful track record managing large-scale and high-end kitchen operations.
• Competence in using business technology and computer programs such as stock control systems, spreadsheets, accounting systems, procurement, costings, scheduling, and Microsoft platforms
• Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques across a range of international culinary styles
• Appropriate culinary qualifications and a passion for food and demonstrated creative flair
• Experience with menu setting and stock control
