You will establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in a fast moving, ambiguous and high-pressure environment, relentlessly advocating for our sellers with partners who have multiple competing priorities.
Key job responsibilities
You will own the vision and direction for Pricing. You will directly interact with central tech and non-tech pricing teams to create and execute innovative Pricing solutions to improve our customer’s experience. You will conceive, build, launch, and grow your services, continually evaluating opportunities to drive ongoing improvement and innovation activity.This position has regular exposure to leadership and key stakeholders.
A day in the life
You will be responsible for:- Partnering with key stakeholders to define pricing strategy
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance and features
- Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders
- Develop and manage high quality product roadmaps based on your service vision and strategy
- Gaining support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
- Creating program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
- Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas
- Developing user experience goals, stories and requirements that can be used to develop new products and services as well as improve existing processes- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
