We're Hiring Experienced machine operators in Inala, QLD

Are you an experienced Production Line Operator looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our team in Inala; where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement drive everything we do.

About the Role:

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and supervision of our packing line operations, ensuring all products meet the highest standards for domestic, export, and medical honey markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide team members, including providing on-the-job training and induction.
Lead problem-solving initiatives and engage staff in process improvement.
Monitor and ensure compliance with product specifications for both imported and domestic honeys.
Operate and oversee all packing equipment, ensuring efficient performance at specified rates (BPM).
Coordinate line changes to meet production schedules and standards.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Complete daily production records and reports, documenting issues and implemented solutions.
Ensure all machinery and surrounding areas are cleaned to a high standard daily.
Work collaboratively with Maintenance and Production teams to maintain equipment performance.
Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Production Team Leader or Supervisor.

Working Hours:

Weekly Rotating Roster Monday to Friday
Day Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:15 PM 10:15 PM
Opportunities for Overtime Available

What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a production/packing environment

Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid understanding of GMP and quality control standards
Mechanical aptitude and confidence operating packing machinery

Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
