1. Content Creation : Develop internet web pages and multimedia content such as videos, animations, graphics, and interactive presentations. This includes writing scripts, storyboarding, and producing audio and visual materials.
2. Editing and Production : Edit and refine multimedia content to ensure clarity, engagement, and professional quality. This involves using software to cut, arrange, and modify images, audio, and video.
3. Technical Proficiency : Utilize various tools and software for design, video editing, and audio production, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or others.
4. Project Management : Plan and manage multimedia projects from conception to completion, including setting timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that projects stay within budget.
5. Collaboration : Work with other professionals such as graphic designers, marketers, and web developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
6. Research and Development : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia production to continuously improve skills and enhance project quality.
7. User Experience : Design multimedia content and internet web pages that enhances user experience, focusing on accessibility and engagement to maximize audience interaction.
8. Marketing and Promotion : Utilize multimedia content in promotional strategies, including social media, websites, and advertising, to attract and retain an audience.
9. Training and Support : Provide training or technical support to colleagues or clients on how to use multimedia tools or access multimedia content.
10. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all produced multimedia assets meet the required standards and specifications before dissemination.

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years work experience in multimedia design industry with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work across various mediums.
• Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of web development languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to optimize multimedia content and websites for search engines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends in multimedia design and web development.
• Profficiency in language: Chinese Mandarin or/and Cantonese

This is a full time position. Expected salary range $80,000 - $95,000
