Key Responsibilities- Delivers prompt, courteous service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining professional appearance, and greeting guests appropriately.
- Cleans and maintains all public areas, entrances, walkways, lifts, toilets, gymnasium, and other assigned spaces according to schedules and supervisor direction.
- Adheres strictly to Housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hotel operational policies as set by management.
- Ensures all housekeeping storage areas, including the main storeroom, are kept clean, organised, and well maintained.
- Monitors the hotel environment and immediately reports unusual situations, health and safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Actively participates in training, meetings, and complies with all workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines and requirements.
- Ideally previous experience working in a cleaning role in hotels or similar environments.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
- Adaptable to different situation while providing a great guest experience.
