We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Ha RTSS - Yarrow Place team as an Administration Officer (0.8 FTE)
The Administration Officer is accountable for contributing to a confidential reception and effective administrative service for Yarrow Place Rape & Sexual Assault Service.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Ability to communicate with tact and discretion with all clients of the service, and to provide an empathic response to victims of rape and sexual assault
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality provisions
- Ability to manage stress and responses to emotionally demanding content
- Experience in providing a confidential reception and administrative support service
- Experience in undertaking secretarial, administrative and clerical work
- Experience in minute taking
- Knowledge of operation of a range of office equipment
- Knowledge of database entry and processing functions
