Senior Payroll Officer - Immediate Start
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This will be initially a 4-month assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify payroll accuracy (overtime, bonuses, commissions).
- Compare payroll with timesheets, attendance, and contracts.
- Resolve payroll errors with the payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and deductions.
- Confirm proper employee classification (exempt/non-exempt).
- Verify benefits deductions and tax filings.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Strong Processing Payroll Experience
- Experience with ADP
