Farm Labourer - Palmerston

We require 300 workers for mango harvesting on a farm in Darwin River, NT.

The work includes harvesting and pruning mango plants and general farm labouring.

Work will commence in October 2025 and continue to March 2026.

Successful candidates will be offered employment on a casual basis and paid under the Horticulture Award 2020.

Individuals must have a resilient attitude towards outdoor work, be capable of thriving in various weather conditions and be willing to accommodate flexible schedules, including weekends and early morning starts. General hours of work are between 6am and 5pm.

Physical fitness is paramount, as tasks entail lifting, bending, and carrying heavy harvest buckets on uneven terrain. You will also need to sustain positions like bending and squatting for extended periods throughout the day.

This job has opportunities for upskilling and training. Workers must be able to pass a medical/drug test. Candidates MUST have work rights in Australia
