Influencer Specialist

An exciting position has become available for an experienced Influencer Specialist to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our global influencer program
• Assist with the development and execution of high level influencer activities cross segments
• Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brands goals
• End to End management of influencer contracts both paid and gifted
• Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with White Fox’s brand identity, across all social media platforms
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels
• Collaborate with all segments within the PR and Influencer team as the rest of our brand team on influencer focused campaigns
• Be proactive and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contracts
• Deliver weekly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager

• Experience in a similar PR and influencer based role
• Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates
• Experience in global influencer marketing preferred
• Passionate about social media and influencer marketing
• Driven and ambitious
• Must be proactive with initiative to drive and execute new ideas
• Proven track record and results in previous position
• Strong negotiation skills
• Impeccable written and verbal communication
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
• Able to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment
• Be able to work under pressure
• Works well within a team, while also be hands on with the ability to work independently
