We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our team full-time! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating delicious meals, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following our all-day menu standards, including breakfast, brunch, and lunch items.
• Follow recipes accurately while also bringing creativity to enhance flavours and presentation. Ensure food presentation is consistent, visually appealing, and meets our café’s quality expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth and efficient operations, even during peak service hours.
• Manage food preparation and cooking times to ensure a timely and smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
• Assist in menu planning, specials development, and ingredient selection to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and minimise food waste. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a fun and supportive team environment.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a Cook.
• Qualifications: Cert III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
• Skills: Strong communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
• Compliance: Understanding of food handling best practices and safety regulations.
• Work Rights: Full-time work rights in Australia.
