The role
Your duties in this role will include but are not limited to:
Provide high-level admin and executive support with minimal supervision- Manage diaries, travel, meetings, and communications for senior leaders
- Prepare accurate agendas, reports, minutes, and presentations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support key outcomes
- Oversee office systems, supplier coordination, and financial admin
- Coordinate board materials and assist with events and meetings
- Contribute to business projects and broader team initiatives
- Collaborate with other EAs and represent the business at key events
- Support workplace safety and contribute to a positive team culture
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or high-level administration role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Integrity, discretion, and a proactive approach to solving problems
- A team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed
- Available to work a six month contract initially with no extended leave- with the opportunity to extend further
