Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and deploy robust software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues by identifying and correcting bugs to ensure smooth functionality.
- Participate in the development of technical design documentation and system architecture.
- Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to ensure they produce the desired results.
- Write, maintain, and update programs that handle various tasks, such as data processing, inventory tracking, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide technical solutions.
- Communicate technical procedures effectively to colleagues and clients.
- Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and workflow.
- Experience: 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in developing software solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Maven, HTML, SOAP, Servlets, Oracle, TestNG, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with technical design documentation and code review processes.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A keen interest in emerging technologies and a quick learner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to tackle complex challenges.
- Business awareness and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
