Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our friendly and supportive team of ARA Building Services - a leading national contractor with a diverse building and construction portfolio specialising in servicing large educational, retail, commercials and government facilities.
Job Details: Full-time, 38 hours per weekLocation: 1/192 Kingsgrove Rd, Kingsgrove NSW 2208
Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per annum plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:> Lead the coordination and prioritisation of resources across multiple construction projects to ensure optimal utilisation and timely delivery.
> Assess and interpret architectural drawings, engineering specifications, and project documentation to guide project planning and execution.
> Coordinate the procurement, allocation, and timely delivery of materials, plant, and equipment necessary for project success.
> Liaise and consult with Architects, Engineering professionals, Technical experts, and Trades Workers to align project deliverables and maintain technical accuracy.
>Monitor interdependencies across projects, ensuring alignment of timeframes, budgets, risk management strategies, quality standards, and performance targets.
> Negotiate with stakeholders across all stages of the construction process, maintaining clear communication to ensure agreement on objectives and changes.
> Develop and review tenders and contract bids to secure projects and ensure feasibility of delivery within constraints.
> Ensure strict adherence to legislation, codes, and safety standards throughout the construction lifecycle.
> Manage submission of plans to relevant local authorities and coordinate inspections and approvals to meet regulatory requirements.
> Supervise and manage human resources, including subcontractors and tradespeople, overseeing performance, timelines, and standards of project delivery.
> Implement and manage change within projects and programs to accommodate evolving requirements and enhance outcomes.
> Establish and maintain detailed project plans to ensure alignment with broader program strategies and desired project outcomes.

Qualifications of a Program or Project Administrator: > Bachelors degree
> Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field
