Kemin Nutrisurance(“KN”) is the petfood ingredients and rendering business unit of Kemin Industries, Inc.. KN Asia Pacific mainly operates in Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan and also has presence in other countries in Asia.
This position focuses on installing and maintaining liquid product application systems in processing plants. It involves user training, system calibration, health and safety monitoring, and collaboration with global engineering teams to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, manufacture, and install electrical and mechanical application systems.
- Train operators, commission equipment, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Conduct routine on-site maintenance, calibration, and program efficiency monitoring.
- Assist sales teams with field trials and prepare system manuals and user guides.
- Participate in exhibitions, training, and workshops to stay updated.
- Support quotation preparation and manage project correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Electrician (Licensed) or Degree/Diploma in Industrial Automation.
- Sound knowledge in PLC and HMI systems and ability to design/read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Exposure to rendering industry across ANZ is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of liquid addition systems in animal feed production process control systems will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, testing, and maintaining application systems.
- Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
- Capability to develop intuitive software to optimize system efficacy.
- Experience in competitor analysis and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical activity and a pre-employment medical check is required.
- Work environments include offices, workshops, and on-site processing plants.
- Travel across Australia and New Zealand.
- Must be fluent in English.
