Position Overview:The role of Electrical Engineering Technician involves conducting pre-delivery inspections, testing, and installation of diesel, solar, and hybrid generators. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical analysis, PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of generator systems and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in the relevant field with 2+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities:Pre-Delivery Inspections & Testing – Conduct inspections and factory acceptance tests for diesel, solar, and hybrid generators.
Electrical Analysis & PLC Programming – Analyze wiring diagrams and configure software, including PLC programming of controllers.
Installation & Commissioning – Assist with installation, load testing, commissioning, and remote monitoring of generators and BESS.
Troubleshooting – Identify and fix electrical faults in components and circuits.
Maintenance & Support – Handle warranty cases, reactive maintenance, emergency callouts, and provide technical support.
Product Feedback – Provide insights to the R&D team for product improvements.
Skills and Personal Attributes: Proficiency in PLC programming and electrical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in electrical engineering.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
Capable of working independently and in a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
