Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage reception area and handle inbound calls professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks including mail distribution and filing
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures
- Manage Stationary orders
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Experience in a similar reception role is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- A supportive and friendly work environment
- Experience within a large organisation committed to sustainability
- Several Tram stops outside this office - Just 10 minutes from Flinders CBD
