Our client is seeking a Client Account Services Associate to join their dynamic team in Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers, Client Service Account Managers, New Business Implementation Managers, and Deal Managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of new and incremental business wins in relation to custody account openings and the coordination of market documentation activity.
This role requires expertise in custody and value- added services provided to clients and involves competencies such as effective time management, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and govern the set-up of new GTI’s, Titan & WINS Accounts on internal account opening system(s)
- Update static data details on internal systems where necessary
- Process requests to open client’s incremental cash accounts
- Work closely with clients and relationship team on the set up of custody accounts with local agents
- Support queries involving account opening and market documentation
- Support and coordinate both global and local adhoc projects
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
- High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills including strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in ability to solve problems and drive decisions within tight timeframes with clients and internal teams (both locally and globally)
- Ability to anticipate, manage and resolve problems that may within the account opening and market documentation processes
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Experience or exposure with the COSMIC and TITAN custody platforms is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years global custody experience including detailed knowledge of account structures, market and / or tax documentation requirements for international markets.
