The Role
Agnes Bakery are looking for a full-time chef to join our prep and service team. This role requires a chef who is experienced in fast paced venues and working well within a team. Shifts required will be across breakfast and lunch services with flexibility across a seven day operation.
Responsibilities- Mise en place and breakdown.
- Section management.
- Working with local and seasonal ingredients, striving to consistently deliver the best.
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
- Adhere to food safety requirements
- 2+ years' experience as a chef
- Experience in short order kitchens are desirable
- Good communication and attitude
- Curiosity for knowledge and growth
- Food safety certificate required
