The Trustee for Symon Duggan Toogoolawah Trust Brisbane
The Exchange Hotel located in Toogoolawah is seeking for a motivated, qualified Chef.
Responsibilities- Responsible in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items within the kitchen
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen
- Responsible in the requisition, storage, control and ordering of stock
- Care and maintenance of equipment
- Menu planning and pricing
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety practices
- Responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen
- Practising proper workplace health and safety procedures
- Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the Employer
- Responsible for cost control and expenditure in the kitchen area within set budget guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef
- Relevant trade qualifications in culinary/cookery
- Excellent cookery skills & a passion to excel in this industry
Salary package - $76515 plus superannuation
