We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in
Caboolture on a permanent full-time basis. With a team of approximately 10 administration staff and 25
technicians, your role will play a crucial role in assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-
paced office.

entire South East Queensland area, so you must be prepared to hit the ground running. No time to twiddle

The core responsibilities in this role include:
- Receiving in excess of 50 inbound calls and email enquiries from a range of clients including
- Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
- Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
- Scheduling appointments for clients
- Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities
- Liaising with your fellow colleagues
- Meeting call and internal sales targets
- Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring
- Managing your email autonomously
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure office efficiency and a positive work environment
- Providing assistance and learning all aspects of the business, including pre-construction and
commercial pest control
Requirements:
- Experience working in customer service or call centre environments (essential) with the ability to
- Prior experience in scheduling/allocating technicians in a service based industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquires into sales
- Capable of working with multiple database systems and email programs with experience in word
- Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
- Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to focus on delivering a wow experience to customers
- Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Accurately enter data into systems
