About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Broker Operation Project Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the forex or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of MT4/5 trading tools.This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and the ability to handle complex case types, coordinate with various departments and assist in the establishment and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibility- Assist with various customer-related projects, including but not limited to launching new products, coordinating policy updates, and managing subsequent impacts.
- Assist in establishing and improving SOPs for various tickets and routine tasks.
- Responsible for handling complex case types and escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
- Assist in training junior teammates and continuously optimizing training content and SOPs.
- Liaise with the front office and middle office and solve their questions in an efficient and proficient manner.
- Facilitate trading account management, MAM, and copy trading-related configurations.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the forex or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Deep understanding of MT4/5 related trading tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
