Job Description:
We are currently looking for expert ServiceNow Consultants for our Melbourne and Sydney team.
Following are the required skills and experience for these positions:
ServiceNow ITSM Configuration and Development skills (Mandatory).Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design and implementation (Highly Desirable).
Ability to consultatively engage with our customers for requirements analysis and providing guidance
Experience in ITOM, CSM, GRC or SecOps will be a plus (Highly Desirable).
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
