We are experiencing exceptional growth. We currently require an experienced Marketing Specialists to work on various projects in locations across Australia. This role is full time.
Scope of works:
The purpose of this role is to assist with the development of the marketing strategy, portfolio and life cycle and product development performance tracking.
This position will assist with analysing and translating marketing trends, insights and market data to contribute to the development of the marketing strategy and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish. In this position you will assist with the portfolio of offerings, including products, programs and services.
The duties of this role include:
- Analyse and translate market trends, insights and market data,
- Assist in developing the marketing strategy and publishing marketing content,
- Assist in leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish,
- Manage the portfolio of global offerings, including products, programs and services,
- Develop complete program offers,
- Identifying new market opportunities,
- Monitoring customer satisfaction,
- Benchmark the portfolio and value propositions,
- Develop go-to-market strategies complete with proposals and recommendations on tactics,
- Drive the launch of new value propositions and post launch reviews to ensure the execution of product strategy,
- Engaging and strategize with all key stakeholders,
- Create and manage engaging content for eDMs, social media, pre- and post-sales customer communications,
- Supporting network expansion and brand engagement by delivering the content strategy,
- Increase brand awareness and market share,
- Assist with analysis, reporting and preparations of key insights into performance,
- Collaborate with other teams to conduct and synthesize customer research.
To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- Proven copywriting, content development and campaign outcomes
- Interpret performance metrics with Google Analytics
About you:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in the meatworks or poultry
- Detailed knowledge of online marketing, website design, search marketing, social media and web functionality
- Negotiation and influencing with key partners
