My client is a leading transport and distribution organisation and is going through an exciting period of transformation. As the Change Manager you will work with project teams and business stakeholders to identify impacts and plan suitable mitigation strategies to transition people to the future state.
Job Description- Conducts a Change Impact Assessment to identify impacted employees and types/levels of impact.
- Creates Change Management Strategy and plans.
- Executes appropriate Change Management activities.
- Uses appropriate tools and techniques, guided by Change Management Framework and Delivery Framework.
- Extensive track record in delivering end to end (assess, plan, execute) change management initiatives.
- Experience in Logistics industry desired, but not essential.
- Experience in Time & Attendance implementation projects (nice to have).
- Expert in Organisational Change Management principles, methods, techniques and tools.
- Experience in delivering business, technology, process and people change.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels and teams.
