Zero 95 Pizza Bar is a leading woodfire pizza restaurant located in Doncaster East. Home of the World’s Best Pizza 2015, the flagstaff store of our expanding Group. Our licensed restaurant is also noted for its premium a la carte menu based on Italian regional cuisines
We are looking for the next generation of Restaurant Management to lead and grow our brand.
Skills/Experience- Diploma in Hospitality Management plus one years experience or three years experience
- Passionate about food, wine & hospitality.
- Personable and confident
- Self-motivated, professional and have attention to the 1%'s
- Team leader and player
- Strong appreciation of food and beverage trends in Melbourne
- High level of presentation and grooming
- Lead by example in a hands-on role
- Lead & support a diverse FOH & BOH Team
- Work alongside our Operations team
- Possess excellent guest engagement and service
- Strong organisational skills
- Exude company culture
- Create and develop menu on a FOH & BOH perspective
- Strive to deliver and exceed customer expectations in all aspects, service, atmosphere & value for money

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
