The Role
As a Client Services Officer, you'll play a key role in implementing advice and ensuring clients receive a smooth, professional and personal experience at every touchpoint. You’ll be part of a respected team that works closely with Financial Advisers to support a portfolio of valued clients.
What You'll Do
Liaise directly with clients, handling queries and building rapportSupport client meetings with preparation, documentation and follow-up
Implement advice: insurance, super, investments, Centrelink and aged care strategies
Administer and liaise with third-party providers and fund managersMaintain accurate records in Xplan and support compliance processes
Collaborate with Paraplanners to research and prepare quotes and modelling
Contribute to internal improvement initiatives and projects
What You’ll Bring
Ideally 1+ years’ experience in financial planning support or administrationIdeally a strong knowledge of superannuation, insurance, investments, Centrelink, and retirement strategies
Ideally exposure to financial planning administration and Xplan (Wealth Solver and IPS advantageous)
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and client focus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
