We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting delicious cocktails, while also providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a variety of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, following recipes and maintaining quality.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, while minimizing waste.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall restaurant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail preparation.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a positive manner.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (RSA) is MUST.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
