Naked Wines, a global company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support us through our business.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Naked Wines' Angels have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing general support.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Naked Wines' customers, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Assist customers with placing orders, providing product recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including order history, preferences, and interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with Naked Wines' product offerings, promotions, and policies in order to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to help streamline customer service operations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Passion for wine and a desire to learn about Naked Wines' unique business model and products
