• Handling emails and calls assisting customers with their loan questions, such as providing loan statements, generating payout figures, helping them with accessing their online accounts.
• Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
• Additional Administration Tasks; Sending out Welcome letters to new customers, Discharge Motor Loans, Mail Distribution, Send out notices about expiring interest only or fixed rate periods
• Complete LinkedIn learning and compliance training
• Participate in improvement activities or projects
• Staying updated with the latest financial products and services
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information
• Complying with all regulatory standards and company policies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Graduate Financial Services Officer should have:
