Nitro Golf Centre Pty Ltd operates a golf entertainment complex in Mildura, Victoria 3500. We are currently seeking two qualified full time Chefs who can lead and manage the kitchen operations whilst offering a wide selection of dining options to our customers.
Salary offered is $76,515pa plus super.
The applicant must have the following skills:- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- At least 2 years full time work experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
- Dedication and commitment to preparing delicious meals for a regional restaurant
- Providing high quality and innovative dishes according to menu specifications
- Designing menus in accordance with the seasons and food trends
- Overseeing daily food preparation and production, ensuring the food safety guidelines are consistently met
- Directing the food preparation process and allocation of kitchen duties
- Maintaining cost effective practices within the kitchen budget
- Providing training to junior kitchen staff
- Maintaining a high standard of food safety in accordance with industry guidelines
