About the Role

Crown Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced National Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the national sales team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Act as a liaison between the GM Sales, GM International Accounts, GM National Accounts and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Manage and organise confidential documents and maintain efficient filing systems.
  • Coordinate and prepare tender responses in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Collect and analyse sales data to generate reports on performance metrics, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales reports and dashboards.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required to support the Sales teams goals.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
