We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Painter to join our Brisbane team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial painting, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for producing high-quality finishes.

• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming to ensure a smooth and long-lasting finish.
• Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Ensure even application and high-quality results.
• Color Matching: Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired results, ensuring consistency across large areas.
• Maintenance: Maintain and clean equipment and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
• Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure all work meets our high standards and client specifications.

• Proven experience as a commercial painter, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions and at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
