Our Roles
We are seeking motivated and skilled Engineering Surveyors to join our growing team. A role at Hawkeye offers exciting opportunities to work across diverse projects, using cutting-edge technology and innovative survey methodologies.
Responsibilities include:- Conducting high-accuracy surveys for civil, structural, mechanical, and rail projects using advanced surveying equipment.
- Utilising total stations, GPS, UAVs, and laser scanning to collect and analyse precise measurements.
- Establishing and maintaining control networks for major construction and infrastructure projects.
- Working collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all surveying activities.
- Processing and reporting survey data using industry-standard software such as 12d, Leica, and AutoCAD.
- Monitoring and assessing surveying activities, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective measures.
- Maintaining strong safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.
- Surveying Qualification – Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Surveying.
- Experience in engineering surveying, control networks, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (Leica, Trimble, 12d, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of control networks, survey methodology, and quality control.
- Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- C-Class Driver’s Licence & Construction White Card required.
- The ability to build relationships and contribute positively to a dynamic, team-oriented culture.
