Spacetalk (ASX:SPA) is a listed Australian technology company on a mission to keep families connected and safe. As we continue to transform and scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to step in and support our Finance Team with statutory reporting, audit preparation, and team leadership during a critical period.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments. We’re open to candidates stepping into their first senior finance leadership role — particularly those with a Big 4 background and ASX audit exposure — or someone already operating in a listed business environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead preparation of ASX financial reporting and statutory accounts
• Support year-end audit processes and manage liaison with external auditors
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including review of reconciliations and controls
• Mentor junior finance staff and support coordination with offshore transactional finance team
• Partner closely with the Finance Team to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• CA/CPA qualified, with strong technical accounting skills
• Experience in ASX-listed environments or having led audits for listed clients
• Ability to “roll up your sleeves” and work across all levels of detail
• High EQ, team-first mindset, and leadership potential
• Comfortable managing local and remote stakeholders
