Senior Project Manager - Client Integration
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager - Client Integration at ESR A&NZ, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of client needs into our data centre projects. You will lead initiatives that focus on creating tailored solutions that meet the complex requirements of our clients, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of these integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
l Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and expectations to ensure projects deliver outstanding value.
l Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
Project Management
l Lead project management activities for client integration within data centre operations, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
l Design project plans that account for client-specific needs and oversee their execution to align with both client expectations and internal operational capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
l Partner with internal stakeholders including project teams, engineering, design, operations, and sales to ensure successful implementation of client projects.
l Foster strong relationships across departments to streamline processes and optimize project delivery cycles.
Monitoring and Reporting
l Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates, insights and recommendations to clients and senior management.
l Identify risks and recommend solutions to avoid delays and ensure project success.
Continuous Improvement
l Evaluate completed projects to identify opportunities for streamlining client integration processes and enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
l Experience: Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with significant exposure to client-facing roles in data centre or related infrastructure projects.
l Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. PMI or other relevant project management certifications preferred.l Client Focus: Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering client-centered projects on time and within budget.
l Technical Understanding: Familiarity with data centre operations, technology, and the relevant market landscape.
