About The role
We are seeking an experienced Lending Adviser/Finance Broker to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert lending advice to clients, helping them navigate their financing options, and ensure a smooth process.Your passion for building relationships, collaborating with others, and delivering exceptional customer service will be key to your success. A strong "can-do" attitude, combined with the ability to overcome challenges and drive results, is essential to thriving in this role.
Role Responsibilities- Assisting clients, gathering relevant documentation to progress lending applications, and updating them on the progress of their loans.
- Checking loan and compliance documents
- Communicating and liaising with other internal divisions of the business to see how we can meet internal client residential, investment and commercial lending needs.
- Business development activities.
- Cert IV of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or equivalent) and/or
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or equivalent)
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in mortgage advising/lending
- Current broker with MFAA or FBAA
- Exceptional client service, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High ethical and service standards
