Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in a hybrid role that includes Corporate & Fund Accounting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading investment firm, offering a competitive salary package of $140,000-150,000 plus bonus.

The role is based in the vibrant Sydney CBD and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Accountant, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will be responsible for a mixture of month-end and year-end reporting, preparing financial statements, completing tax returns, and handling various fund reporting tasks. Your understanding of the Funds Management industry will be essential in this role, as you will need to apply your hands-on Financial & Tax reporting knowledge on a daily basis.

  • Performing a mixture of month-end and year-end reporting
  • Preparing Financial Statements
  • Completing tax returns
  • Handling various fund reporting tasks
  • Understanding and applying knowledge of the Funds Management industry
  • Utilising hands-on Financial & Tax reporting knowledge

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant position will bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. A CA qualification is required, along with an understanding of the Funds Management industry. Hands-on Financial & Tax reporting knowledge is also necessary for this role.

You should have experience in handling month-end and year-end reporting, preparing Financial Statements, and completing tax returns.
