Professional Housekeeper/Cleaner

The housekeepers will play a crucial role in upholding our business‘s reputation for excellent service and comfort in front of our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and overall hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Clean kitchens and bathrooms: scrubbing and disinfecting sinks, cooktop, ovens, dishwashers, showers, toilets, and floors.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies in guest rooms as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as assigned.
• Restock housekeeping carts and ensure they are organised and equipped with necessary supplies.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the manager.
• Ensure all safety, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Follow hotel procedures for handling and disposing of waste and used linens.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members.

Requirements::

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experiences in a hotel or similar settings.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet high cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
