Tyre Fitter

Tyre Evolution are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Tyre Fitter to join their team in Townsville.

The successful candidate will need to undertake:

• Performing wheel alignments and adjustments to ensure optimal vehicle performance and handling.
• Diagnosing and correcting wheel alignment issues
• Balancing and rotating tyres for optimal performance
• Fitting and replacing tyres on a variety of vehicles
• Performing puncture repairs in line with industry standards
• Providing great customer service and tyre advice
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Applicants must possess the following skills and experiences:

• AQF Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Equivalent
• At least three years of relevant experience as a Tyre Fitter / Wheel Aligner
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of tyre and wheel alignment procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
