Select Quarry Materials Pty Ltd Smithfield
Due to the ongoing growth of our business, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join Select Quarry Materials.
You will be responsible for invoicing, data processing, phone/email inquiries and various support tasks such as additional HR and administrative duties.
The role is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week five days a week at our office.
Pay: $53,248.00 – $54,912.00 per year

The hours are flexible and can align with school hours.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
- Proven administration capability and experience; including invoicing and accounts payable processing
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficient in various computer programs including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience with Transmate Accounting Software is desirable.
Pay: $53,248.00 – $54,912.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
