• Assist in onboarding new partners to the platform, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and systems are set up
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely partner onboarding
• Analysing business operations and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with various departments to implement process enhancements.
• Designing and implementing business strategies to drive operational efficiency.
• Providing data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
• Supporting operation activities with project teams.
• Regularly reporting on operational performance and progress towards objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Helping to enhance the overall performance of processes.

• 2-5 years' of relevant experience, ideally in a tech or operational support role
• Exposure to partner management, onboarding, or customer success is a plus
• A proven track record of creating, implementing and managing operational processes
