Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager in QLD
About the role:
You are a key individual of the Leadership team, as the EngineeringManager.
You will drive and lead a team of engineering staff to design, projectdelivery and maintenance of assets.
The budget will be divided between multiple types of projects includingnew equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuous improvement and
maintenance upgrades.
Lead maintenance and project teams.Ensure continued strong adherence to required guidelines and regulations
Expenditure reporting, analysis and annual budgeting.
Hands-on project management and preventative maintenance strategyimplementation.
Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, Foster an environment of psychological safety, inclusivity, and diversity ofthought.
Engage globally with group company entities to leverage optimalengineering solutions to deliver manufacturing and commercially
advantageous outcomes.
Skills and Experience required:
Strong coaching, reporting and communication skillsMinimum of 2 years experience
